Description
Large vintage promo posters for This Heat, consisting of a pair, one with THIS and the other with HEAT.
Size each approx. 90 cm x approx. 64 cm.
This Heat = In 1976, Charles Hayward of Gong (and Phil Manzanera's Quiet Sun) joined with Charles Bullen and Gareth Williams to form This Heat. Though arising from art-rock and the British school of fusion jazz, This Heat quickly developed into an experimental band largely dependent on tape loops and production tricks. This Heat dissolved in 1982-1983.

Source : in my student years (mid 70'ies to mid 80'ies) I helped part-time in record shop Pop-Center Kortrijk, and frequently visited London for music research.
