the new music of Ornette Coleman! "Tomorrow Is The Question!" Contemporary M3569 VG+
Recorded at Contemporary's studio in Los Angeles. "Lorraine" was recorded January 16, 1959. "Turnaround" and "Endless" were recorded February 23, 1959. The selections on Side 1 were recorded in one session, the night of March 9-10, 1959.
Yellow deep groove labels.
All vinyl is play graded and visually graded. Inner sleeve has been replaced with a Mobile Fidelity Sound anti static sleeve. Outer sleeve will be included to protect record and jacket during shipping.
Vinyl is shiny and plays great. Small surface marks but no scratches. Plays flawlessly. Sleeve has tape on the edges and writing on the back that was part of the original owners storage and catalog system. Spine is held together by tape added by the original owner. Part of a jazz collection that was in storage for over 40 years.
I will be posting 5-10 records from this collection every week. These records are in great shape and you are bidding on a piece of jazz history. Mostly first pressings and mono versions.
