Over the top Library production by Giacomo Dell'Orso aka Oscar Lindok on the small Fly label (who also released Santucci Scoppa’s Looking Around album).“Eruzioni” offers some funky, progressive and ultra groovy instrumentals with a rough and wild overall sound. flute, piano, hammond and fuzz guitar alternately taking over the leading parts and deep bass-lines are present on all numbers. Prepare yourself for some frantic e-guitar performance (by Silvano Chimenti) over a hard conga backbeat on the killer shuffle groover‚ “Lipari”, the fast paced “Marittimo” comes up with deep piano driven Funk beats, while on “Ustica” and “Favignana” a funky flute prevails, perfectly exchanging with hypnotic hammond licks in the background. There are also featured three progressive compositions which sound like straight rip offs from Blue Phantom's Distortions Pop LP, among them the insane “Vulcano” showcasing a heavily distorted electronic keyboard inferno backed by aggressive rhythmic lashes on fuzz guitar. incredible stuff!
