Description

Otis Rush – Right Place, Wrong Time - Used vinyl LP - Mint - 1976.  The journey of this album being recorded and finally brought to market is a blues song in itself.  The blues giant Otis Rush recorded these tracks for Capital in 1971, but the album was not released until, after much struggle, Bullfrog obtained the rights and released in 1976.  Album had the participation of Nick Gravenites, he of The Electric Flag and Butterfield Blues Band game, with the similarly aligned keyboard player Mark Naftalin also involved.  Great liner notes by Dick Shurman.  The vinyl and the sleeve are in superb shape.  Original shrink wrap intact.  This is a kick-ass record.
