Worked at record store in the 1980's & received alot of promo items. This is an album sized cardboard PROMO 'Slick' to hang in the store to advertise LP's. It says:
'For Promotional Use Only Not For Sale' down the right side
The corners show some wear & also show a thumbtack hole.     From my personal collection.
