Description
Radio Broadcast Recordings, Recorded Live at Irvine Meadows LA, 1982.
Ozzy Osbourne's Captured Live! is a highly sought-after, historic 3-LP live vinyl set originating from original 1982 radio transcription discs. This release captures a legendary, raw concert broadcasted by the RKO Radio Network from the Irvine Meadows Amphitheatre in Los Angeles. For collectors, this album is a holy grail because it stands as one of the very few professionally mixed, full-length live documents capturing iconic guitarist Randy Rhoads performing live with Ozzy's solo band just before his tragic passing.
The Performance: Features the blistering lineup of Ozzy Osbourne, Randy Rhoads on guitar, Rudy Sarzo on bass, and Tommy Aldridge on drums.
The Mix: Known among audiophiles as a near-perfect, dead-quiet analog recording with impeccable instrumental balance.
Tracklist: Includes era-defining metal tracks like "Crazy Train," "Mr. Crowley," "Over The Mountain," "Revelation [Mother Earth]," "Suicide Solution," and classic Black Sabbath cuts like "Iron Man" and "Paranoid".
Vinyl Configurations: Most common versions are deluxe 3-LP box sets that feature music on three sides and a blank or screen-printed E-side
