I am selling this lightly used, double live vinyl album featuring Ozzy Osbourne with Randy Rhoads.
This double album "Tribute" showcases the original and best Ozzy lineup - live!
This album was purchased new in 1987 when it first came out, so it may be an original pressing.
I'll leave it up to the expert collectors out there to determine that!
The albums are fairly clean and play fine, with no skips and very minimal static here and there.
Some light crackling can be heard at the intro to the albums. The first album (sides 1 and 2) is the cleaner of the two.
The second album (sides 3 and 4) has a couple of light scratches on side 3 that are detectable to a keen eye but do not affect playability. Side 4 has some mild abrasions that are a little more noticeable but also does not seem to affect playability. Side 4 does however have a little more noticeable crackle (not severe) than the the other three sides. Sides 1 and 2 look pretty good. No skips anywhere. The albums show a couple of mild smudges from handling. Also, it seems impossible to keep every particle of dust off as well. Truthfully, I am fearful of rubbing on any vinyl album in an attempt to make them perfectly clean. Some of you guys seem to have very good technique at cleaning these things. Since these play fine, I have opted to leave well enough alone!
I'm not a collector, just a listener. Anyway, moving on...
The gatefold sleeve shows signs of shelf wear (mostly on the front) but is in decent shape otherwise.
The inner fold is still clean and glossy!
The inner sleeves are clean and in good shape as well. One of the inner sleeves has a very mild split on one of its
sides. The other inner sleeve has what may be the earliest sign of a split beginning but is still whole at this point.
At 35 years old, this record set is in better shape than some people I know that are the same age!
