P. P. Arnold - Everything's Gonna Be Alright / Life Is But Nothing - 1967 UK Northern Red & White DEMO rarity - Immediate IM040
The bad news is that one side is trashed, only Fair condition.  The Good news is that it's the side that no one listens to! On a serious note please read the condition report before bidding - Everything's Gonna Be Alright has a good sheen and visually is VG+ but has marks that give a couple of pops and crackles that reduces the play grading.  The Ballad on the B side is a write off both visually and aurally. 
However, there aren't many of these around in total so it's a rare opportunity to add it to the collection.
