Description
PANAMA LIMITED ROUND and ROUND HARVEST HAR 5022 1969 John Peel
On offer is a hard-to-find PANAMA LIMITED 45rpm entitled ROUND and ROUND c/w ROTTING WOODEN IN A WHITE COLLARS GRAVE as released on HARVEST HAR 5022 in 1969.
Both sides of this 45 were produced by John Peel – under his full name of Jonathan Peel. Round and Round was released – on this 45 - as a single from the Panama Limited Jug Band LP – and featured on the 1970 Harvest sampler Picnic: a breath of fresh air. This single of Round and Round did not sell in large quantities [as LP sales were taking over the market] and is therefore relatively scarce and hard-to-find these days. The B side – Rotting wooden…- did not feature on any of Panama Limited’s LPs… so is also sought after by collectors.
The vinyl is in nice EX- condition.
The record labels are nice and vibrant, two small marks on side B, nothing major.
The record sounded great when I test played it on my REGA record player.
The record comes housed in a reproduction HARVEST label company sleeve.
A fantastic record that hardly shows up for sale, would make a great addition to your Collection.
RE- LISTED DUE TO NO PAYMENT FROM LAST WINNING BIDDER.
