Description
Up for auction is a super clean copy of the rare Pantera album "The Great Southern Trendkill" originally released on EastWest Records (61908-1) in 1996. This is a guaranteed, original U.S. first pressing, not a reissue or import like most for sale on eBay. Comes with original insert with lyrics and liner notes. Still in opened, original factory shrink wrap with Hype sticker. Vinyl comes in protective audiophile inner sleeve. Very rare as such.
Cover is in absolutely beautiful condition, with virtually no signs of wear, having been protected for the last 20 years in the original shrink wrap. The cover looks to be in virtually "as new" condition. Grade the cover Near Mint Plus (NM+).
The vinyl is also in top condition, retaining its original high gloss shine and luster. No obvious scratches, no scuffs, no extraneous marks. Perhaps some faint, superficial signs of having been taken in and out of paper inner sleeve a few times. Labels are clean, no marks around spindle holes, indicating little previous play. I've owned this record since new, and it's been played only a couple times at most on a high-end audiophile turntable. Beautifully well-preserved. Grade the vinyl Near Mint (NM).
