GRADAZIONE RIGOROSA - STRICTLY GRADED

Note : musiche composte ed eseguite da Paolo Ormi utilizzando percussioni, organo elettronico Eminent, sintetizzatore, organo e basso. Musica interessante caratterizzata da una combinazione fra suoni elettronici ed una vigorosa sezione ritmica dove spiccano il basso e le percussioni. In poche parole un piacevole album con brani dall'andamento generalmente sostenuto e costruiti con buon gusto. Fra le tracce : " Quarto Mondo " ritmo molto vivace con tastiere dagli effetti sonori particolari, giro di basso ossessivo ben seguito dalle percussioni, atmosfera orientaleggiante e/o esotica trasmessa dalle note di un flauto, probabilmente d'origine elettronica. " Voo Doo " lungo assolo di batteria e percussioni, " Litoranea " tema con le prepotenti note del basso in contrasto con le tastiere dalle belle sonorità jazz. " Senegal versione 2 " dal ritmo insistente ben sottolineato dalle percussioni e le tastiere, " Guai ai Vinti " dalla struttura musicale complessa che vede scatenarsi batteria, basso e tastiere. Infine " Interazione ", a mio avviso la migliore, con belle improvvisazioni spontanee dell'organo, notevole "drumming", basso rabbioso, sintetizzatore a tutto gas in una frenetica corsa sonora.  

Notes : music composed and performed by Paolo Ormi with the use of percussions, Eminent, synthesizer, organ, bass. Interesting music crossing electronic sounds with a powerful bassline and a percussive tapestry.  In a few words a very nice album featuring tracks mostly supported by hectic pace and constructed with good taste. Among the tracks : " Quarto Mondo " from the very lively rhythm with special electronic sound by keyboards, obsessive bass riff well followed by percussions, orientalized and/or exotic sonorities from the flute chords, probably electronically-generated.  " Voo Doo " long percussion and drum solo, " Litoranea " characterized by an aggressive bass in contrast with the keyboards from beautiful jazz notes. " Senegal version 2 " from the insistent rhythm well-underlined by percussions and keyboards, " Guai ai Vinti " from complex sound development with an exciting use of drums, bass and keyboards. Finally  " Interazione ", in my opinion the best track on the album, featuring beautiful organ spontaneous improvisations, remarkable drumming prowess, nervous bass, synthesizer at a fast pace in a frenetic sound run.
