Comments: RIDICULOUSLY RARE Northern Soul  TEST PRESSING!!! This is a test pressing that was signed off on by Wally Osborne himself, head of Wally-O Productions, and writer and producer of TONS of AWESOME Philadelphia based SOUL and DooWop music. The labels themselves are for Columbia Records, Pitman, NJ. Side A has hand written "TELL HER" in pencil and the B side simply has "Wally Osborne 7-24-81" signed in pen. Interestingly enough, the matrix writing on Side A is "PH-PAR-2             VIRTUE-25" and B side is "PH-PAR-1               VIRTUE-25," telling it's association with Virtue Studios, a powerhouse for private and rare funk and northern soul out of Philadelphia. I will post MP3's really soon. This is an extremely RARE opportunity.

GRADING:

*M: Still in the factory wrapper

*NM: near perfect, probably played a few times. May show paper scuffs. Awesome.
 
*VG++ :almost brand new, but may show surface marks that don't affect play. may have some noise or small pop in quiet spots or between track, but it is limited. A beautiful record.  
 
*VG+: a used copy that may have some noise or small pops, but is still a really nice enjoyable record to add to your collection.
 
*VG:  used, may be noisy, may have a scratch, but no skips. Still plays well

*VG-: Still an ok record. May have background noise throughout, scratches or jumps, but no skips.
 
*G+: filler copy. May have a skip or two and look like poo, but fills that spot well.

I try my best to be an honest seller.

My grading is based on the the above standards.  I really do try my best to grade each record correctly, and listen to as much of the record as possible. If you are not satisfied, please contact me and I'm sure we can work it out.

I generally ship once or twice a week, so your package will usually ship very shortly after the end of the auction.

LP'S DON'T SHIP FOR $4.00 IN THE USA!! EBAY won't let you put anything higher, but it generally costs a little more the way I package my LP's. Shipping for LP's is $5.50/USA & $7/Canada for LP's.
