Up for auction is a nice original pressing of the Patti Smith album Horses, originally released in the U.S. on Arista Records (AL 4066) in 1975:
-Original light blue Arista labels -STERLING mastering stamp in deadwax -RL Robert Ludwig mastering stamp in deadwax
-Matrix Reads:     -Mom+Dad AL-4066-SA STERLING RL     -DADDY FRANK LINDA+TODD AL-4066-SB STERLING RL -Laminated cover -Original white "Horses" title on front cover
-Original and correct Arista inner sleeve -No UPC/bar code on cover -Vinyl comes in poly audiophile inner sleeve
Condition: Cover is very nice, only light signs of wear.  No ring wear or seam splits.  Corners are sharp.  Back is nice, some light brown spots upper left (see photo).  Very clean original.
Grade: Excellent (EX)

Vinyl is also nice, still has original glossy shine.  Under strong light, shows a couple superficial hairlines, and a few light superficial marks--nothing that will affect the audio quality.  No wear to spindle holes.  One label has a K written on it.  Looks like this record has been played only a couple times previously but handled with care.  May have a little pressing noise on the run-in grooves, but it fades away once music kicks in.  Not audiophile clean, but none of these originals are--still a very nice audio quality.
