Recorded on the RCA VICTOR label and the number is: LPM-2502 The cover is in excellent condition with no wear... fully sealed in a loose baggie shrink wrap There are no Drill Holes or Saw Cuts There is a small missing piece of shrink in the top right corner This is a "tough find" to be still fully sealed...
