Cover/Sleeve/Vinyl: Factory sealed. Blue sticker on front. PLEASE NOTE tiny hole in shrink at upper left corner resulted in some wear of that corner, and there is also a tiny break in seal at bottom seam.
This item was obtained from a collector and kept in very good condition.
