This auction is for an Paul McCartney Original LP titled "Paul McCartney", #PCS7102, 1970, Apple Label, EMI Records, printed and made in England.  This album has the glossy shiny cover.  It is a gatefold cover.  This LP comes with the original inner sleeve.  The cover is near mint, the record is near mint, and the inner sleeve is near mint.  This is a much rarer version than the Apple USA version.  Also, I think it's more desirable and impossible to find.  This LP comes from my own personal collection and smoke-free environment.
