Description
This is a beautiful, rare copy of Paul Revere and the Raiders' 45-rpm single for "The Judge" released as ZCTV-141714 in 1969. Side one has cuts 1 & 2, side two has cuts 3 & 4 ("Cuts 1 & 2 Cleared For Broadcast Thru 9/31/69--Cuts 3 &4 not even for broadcast). It's a promotional 7 inch to plug the Pontiac GTO released in the same year. It comes with a sticker (approximately 3 x 5 inches) advertising "a special GTO by Pontiac" (the sticker does not have its original backing and has been pealed off of something). We do not have the original sleeve.
Condition: Side one on the vinyl plays VG and side two is VG-. This means there are visible scratches on each side, with some crackling/hissing but no skips on our player. There is basically no wear on center labels. The sticker has some brown discoloration around the edges and a small piece of pink paint near the top of the 'J' that must have peeled off when the sticker was removed. Overall BEAUTIFUL shape!!
