ABOUT US:  We owned a brick and mortar record store in a suburb of Los Angeles, CA, but now we are selling our inventory and personal collections on line. 

OUR PRODUCTS:  All “NEW/SEALED” items are direct from the distributor in retail packaging, unless otherwise stated. All USED LPs have been play-tested to ensure playability and grading accuracy. All USED CDs + DVDs have been visually inspected. If any marks are noted on the play surface then the item is play-tested to ensure quality.  Some items are PROMOTIONAL and may have saw-cuts, hole-punches, printing, etc. Some items will have noticeably removed price labels or label residue.  I will try to describe any of these defects in detail in each listing. Please make sure you read the entire product listing, look at all photos and ask any/all questions prior to purchasing.  All photos and scans are of the actual items.

A NOTE TO COLLECTORS: I list and sell hundreds of items every month and do as much research as I can when listing my items and do my best to include all necessary information on my listings; especially for “RARE” and “VALUABLE” items.  If you have concerns about pressings, release dates, matrix/runout information or any other things that effect value, please ask these questions PRIOR TO PURCHASING.  I will always do my best to answer all of your questions as quickly and as thoroughly as possible.

SHIPPING:  I try to ship all items within 1 BUSINESS DAY OF RECEIPT OF PAYMENT.  All Vinyl Records, CDs, DVDs, and Books are shipped via USPS MEDIA MAIL SERVICE unless otherwise noted. All CDs are shipped wrapped in bubblewrap between 2 firm “paperboard” inserts. DVDs are shipped in bubblewrap. LPs are shipped in standard cardboard LP MAILER with bubblewrap and added cardboard support. All other items are bubble wrapped and shipped in custom boxes or envelopes.

SPORTS CARDS: Single card default shipping via USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL.  Every card is shipped in a clear penny sleeve between 2 pieces of chipboard in a stamped plain white envelope (PWE) - NO TRACKING.  Single card shipping options include 1st Class with tracking which includes a bubble-mailer and toploader (must select this option). Higher value cards/combined purchases of $8+ are shipped inside a bubble-mailer or box w/tracking. See individual listings for details and shipping options.  Use EBAY messenger for any questions.

COMIC BOOKS: All comics are shipped via USPS FIRST CLASS bagged & boarded between 2 pieces of cardboard.

NOTE: If you would like to add insurance, expedited shipping or custom packaging to your order, you MUST CONTACT US BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT and we will send a revised invoice with the additional charges. International Shipments cannot be tracked, therefore, we cannot guarantee shipping times or quality of service.

RETURN POLICY:  Every item we sell is 100% Guaranteed to be "AS-DESCRIBED". Please read entire description and carefully review all photos.  If we make a mistake and/or the item differs from the description in the listing please contact us immediately.  We will happily take a return and try our best to have you stay a happy customer.  Item must be returned within 30 days. Items MUST be returned in original packaging.
