SUPERB near MINT GATEFOLD SLEEVE !! VINYL BARELY PLAYED !! EDDIE VEDDER, GRUNGE, CBGBs, THE RAMONES !!!!! NOT THE USUAL USED AND ABUSED EXAMPLE !! NEVER BEEN ANYWHERE NEAR A LOFT or GARAGE !!! HARD TO FIND LIKE THIS !! 

CONDITION

SLEEVE

The classic gatefold top loading sleeve (with Joey Ramone front face with a dedication from Eddie at the foot of the sleeve) is in TRULY SUPERB condition !! Look's as though it was bought yesterday....near PERFECT !!!! .With only a couple of tiny creases, and a couple of tiny indentations. There is no edge wear, no corner wear, no ring wear, no dings/dents, no discolouration, no folds, no grubbiness, no mustiness, no writing, no seam splits, no tears, no stickers, no sellotape, no wear to the internal opening edges, and no wear to a perfect square spine !! The inside of the gatefold with pics is PERFECT !! The sleeve grades near MINT

VINYL

The records have clearly barely been played...have NO scratches, only a couple of very light surface marks and scuffs and only a couple of the very lightest sleeve removal marks when viewed at an angle under a bright light !! The vinyl grades EXCELLENT+++ !!

LABELS

The labels grade MINT , with no unwanted wear or writing !!

PLEASE NOTE: SOME OF THESE RECORDS HAVEN'T BEEN CLEANED, AND WHILST BEING VERY CLEAN IN APPEARANCE WOULD BENEFIT FROM A GOOD DEEP CLEAN TO ERADICATE ANY BACKGROUND NOISE AND STATIC !!
