This auction is for an extremely rare Pearl Jam LP "No Code", pressed by Epic Records in 1996 it features the classic cut "Hail, Hail". This is the "O" pressing which features the set of inserts ending in "O" which is evident in one of the photos. There were four different pressings, each with a different serial number on the set of inserts (C, O, D, E). All inserts are in EX condition. Comes with both original printed inner sleeve for the inserts and the record! Both are in VG+ condition. I have moved the record to a poly lined paper sleeve to ensure a safe transit for the original inner sleeve. The beautiful fold out gatefold jacket is rated between VG and VG+ as it has some wear around the edges and on the corners and some light creasing here and there. Seams are all strong! Vinyl is rated at VG audibly and VG- visually. It has some pops and a slight skip ahead one or two rotations on the first track's outtro. The most significant portion of popping is during the track "Smile", most of the other tracks play great without more than faint noise present during the quietest portions. I have rated the vinyl at VG audibly because there are no endless loops and only one minor skip ahead that happens during the first song as noted already. This whole package is a very rare release and something that's hard to find in this complete of condition. Includes all original inserts!

• M- Mint Minus - Near perfect, most likely and unplayed record
• NM- Near Mint Minus - Extremely well cared for record. Probably a record that's been around for some years but extremely well looked after, but still not quite new enough to call Mint.
• VG++ Very Good Plus - As close to NM as it comes.
• VG+  Very Good Plus - Very close to like new with only superficial signs of use that do not affect playability. Only records stored and used with care will grade out to VG+.
• VG Very Good - A used, reasonable copy that plays. There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility of some light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still nice and playable.
• VG- Very Good Minus - A record with significant wear and marks. Records graded VG-usually have some noticeable surface noise.
• G+ Good Plus. 'Good' means pretty beat up. From here on down (Fair, Poor), we're talking about extremely beat up records.
