You are buying a preowned record album. The vinyl is in VG to VG+ condition with a few surface marks and nothing that can be felt. Plays well on my hi-fi. The sleeve is VG with wear as shown.

Records are graded as follows (visually graded unless specified): M mint - brand new never used NM near mint - used but like new with no marks VG+ to E excellent - very slight wear, should play great VG very good - light wear, should play great with minimal surface noise G good - heavier wear but still playable with surface noise
