POSTAGE & PACKING

We package all of our vinyl safely and securely using cardboard mailers with cardboard stiffeners and all box sets, CDs, etc. are also packaged securely with strong packaging.

We recommend recorded delivery/insured post for an extra cost in the unlikely event your package is lost or damaged. If you live in the UK recorded delivery is only £1.00 additional (and if your package value is under £30 this also covers you for insurance), if your package value is above £30 please contact us for insurance rates in the UK.

Outside of the UK insurance is only £5.00 We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of any non-insured packages. Our aim is to mail packages within 3 days of receipt of payment.
