Description
PERFORMING FERRET BAND: s/t LP (A Pig Production, PIG.1., UK, 1981, incl. insert)
Only LP by semi-legendary UK-DIY band. Hyped in Johan Kugelberg's DIY-Top-100 as the "most seminal LP to come out of DIY" and while his list is patchy in parts, he's spot-on in this case. A rambling, highly Fall-inspired LP of great songs (instead of sounds) that makes use of the recorder better than any other "rock"-records I know. Highly recommended to those hunting for Desperate Bicycles, Homosexuals, ... and generally interested in the UK DIY-scene that Chuck Warner preserves on his great Messthetics series. CONDITION: The white cover with paste on sheets on frond and back and the insert shows some wear: EX, vinyl looks fine: EX(+)
