Original 1973 Canada private press of MONO LP on Rumor label
Perth County Conspiracy tited " Rumor II"
has homemade lettering on front ( as many of these do), but, has very unique inner sleeve ~
~ graphics normally used for an ID sheet for the plain white cover, is actually used here for
the inner sleeve ~ see pix
CONDITION:
cover: VG+
lite shelf wear/soiling ~ lite wear/fray to edges & corners ~ lite ring (mostly just soiling)
small lite residue stain on front cover in upper left corner ( looks like price sticker removal)
vinyl: VG/VG+
clean & glossy ~ just 2 or 3 lite paper sleeve lines & numerous lite hairlines & needlemarks
~ all superficial ~ Side 2 plays with quite a few odd occasional individual lite clicks & lots of
low level surface noise/soft surface crackle in many spots~ through much of the play on the side
so, crackly press ( or, perhaps just needs a good machine cleaning) ~ low level, but, noticeable,
competitive ( & distracting at times) as it competes with some of the delicate passages
Side 1 plays much better,but, still with a few odd occasional lite clicks & occasional soft surface crackle
