There is a faded name wriiten on the rear cello cover and on the left lower rear record jacket as shown. The cello on the left lower front and back of the jacket is torn away on the corner by about 3 inches into the jacket, otherwise the cello covers the jacket completely.

The record itself has a couple of very minor scratches on both sides visible when angled to the light that do NOT cause playback issues.
