PETE BROWN AND HIS BATTERED ORNAMENTS LP

"A MEAL YOU CAN SHAKE HANDS WITH IN THE DARK"

Original UK release 1969, with laminated gatefold sleeve, printed and made in England by Ernest J. Day & Co Ltd. Released on the Harvest records label(without EMI logo), with "The Gramophone Co Ltd" & "Made in Gt. Britain" rim text, a stereo recording, the disc comes in a plain white "Made in Gt. Britain, Patent Nos" inner sleeve. The players on this record were:- Pete Brown, Nisar Ahmed Khan, Chris Spedding, Charlie Hart, Pete Bailey, Butch Potter, Bob Tait & Dick Heckstall-Smith. The album was produced by Andrew King & Dick Heckstall-Smith.

Cat.Number:- SHVL 752.  Stereo.

Matrix Numbers:- SHVL 752 A-2 & SHVL 752 B-2.

Condition.

The Sleeve remains clean throughout, has no tears or writing, has some light general wear, including a few spine scuffs and creases, all spine text is perfectly readable, has a small chip mark to top left from possible sticker removal, overall condition is Very Good++.

Both Labels are in Excellent+ condition, showing signs of minimal usage.

The Vinyl is in nice clean shape, has some light marks(nothing feelable or audible), Visually graded at Very Good++ condition/Aurally Excellent+ to near Mint, plays superbly throughout.

A really Brilliant late 60's Alternative Prog/Psych LP.
