Vinyl: EX, just some faint hairlines and a few small superficial marks, couple of superficial surface scuffs

Sleeve: EX, light wear to edges/spine, name top right on inner gatefold

Inner sleeve: EX, no seam splits, name on one corner

Audio: EX just some light background crackle on initial run in, fainter in between tracks, a few faint ticks on first 2 tracks, thereafter superb NEAR MINT song audio. B side even better and plays easily as EX to NEAR MINT!
