HAPPY BIRTHDAY MEHER BABA
briefly "released" circa 1970 ~ Glossy Gatefold Cover with 20-page Booklet No Label or country Mentioned ~ Very Limited Edition ~ Deluxe package !!
VINYL : EX
COVER : EX- : Two of three staples are loose on booklet
but it is still attached inside the gatefold cover.
Back cover has 12 staples along 3 edges (not sure why.)
Minor discoloration. Glossy finish. Nice shape overall.
LABELS : Writing on labels but otherwise blank.
NOTES : This rare album is basically a Pete Townshend tribute to his hero Meher Baba. Musicians involved include Ronnie Lane and Ron Geesin (but it's mostly Pete)
Includes a few poems and a bit of spoken word, but mostly cool songs from Mr. Townshend.
This legendary LP is hard to find and very collectible in 2015, perfect for Who fanatics.
Records have been carefully sight-graded but NOT play-graded.

A SIMPLE VISUAL VINYL GRADING SYSTEM :
Mint: Sealed/Unplayed/Unopened/The Holy Grail/Never used on an opened item.
Mint minus (M-): New and Possibly Unplayed ; a rarely used grade at Bear's Wax.
Near Mint (NM): Like-new with very little or no visible wear. Very scarce & very collectible.
Near Mint minus (NM-): Almost like-new with slight signs of play (paper marks) that are strictly cosmetic. Very nice.
Excellent (EX+, EX, EX-) : Minor wear in varying degrees. Very clean, no serious flaws. Appears seldom spun. Nice.
Very Good plus (VG+): Above average LP with a few moderate surface marks/paper scuffs etc. Not great but not bad.
Very Good (VG) : An average used LP with several surface marks/perhaps a few light scratches. OK. Starter copy.
Very Good minus (VG-) : LP reveals lots of wear when viewed but is not truly defective (cracked,warped.) Rough.
Good, Fair, Poor : Albums that have been extremely well spun and/or abused. Very rarely listed by Bear's Wax.
