I Am is a collaborative tribute Concept Album to Meher Baba featuring  Pete Townshend, Michael Da Costa and others, first released in 1972.  The album includes the original version of "Baba O'Reily" played by Townshend alone without lyrics. MADE IN ENGLAND
Up for auction is a RARE UK Import original private pressing (UNIVERSAL SPIRITUAL LEAGUE / EEL PIE) compilation LP entitled "I Am"  (pressed in limited quantities as a devotional to guru Meher Baba) 
CONTENTS with Description THE HEAVY VINYL IS IN EX CONDITION WITH CLEAN LABELS with GREAT Play.  THE ORIGINAL MAILER and 48 page WALLPAPER (NEWSPAPER) IS ALL INTACT -  THE ORIGINAL MAILER DOES HAVE Some Shelf Wear .... and the Newspaper has SOME TEARING ALONG THE EDGES and Age Discoloration Areas. 
Most of the TRACKS are by Pete Townshend. Other tracks are by Ronnie Lane of The Faces/Small Faces, Billy Nichols and others.   The newspaper was produced by Michael McInnerny, the artist responsible for The Who's Tommy album package.  The Package is heavy and is equivalent to three LPs! TRACKS
