PETER BARDENS  The Answer  -  rare psych original Transatlantic 1970  LP, 1st press



Transatlantic  1970,  UK issue,  matrix nos, STRA-222-A1, STRA-222-B1;  fully laminated sleeve, white/lilac labels with ‘t’ + globe logo.


First of two solo outings for Bardens before joining prog rock greats Camel. Fine cast of supporting musicians.


Cover  EX+/EX An outstanding copy of this fully laminated sleeve: some insignificant storage wear; laminate lift along the spine edge; a short crease in the laminate, front, right edge, centre; shaded line across laminate, 2” from bottom, both sides. The panels retain a lovely gloss finish, the spine and edges are near perfect.


Supplied with a new poly-lined inner sleeve, original plain paper inner is also included.


 

Disc  EX/EX+  Firm, heavy vinyl, good looking appearance, only obvious mark a light speck on side 1, track 3; hairlines visible under bright light. Very fine labels. Running time just under 49 mins (sleeve timings).
