The story behind this item is that Tower Records in Los Angeles installed their own MFSL type retail pouch/plastic enclosure over the existing plastic covered album which has their Tower Records price sticker already in place. The record has reportedly never been played and all pertinent inserts and obi are included. From a very reputable personal source.
