CHARISMA PINK SCROLL LABEL 1971 ORIGINAL FIRST UK PRESSING WITH TEXTURED E J DAY GATEFOLD SLEEVE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION.

Released in 1971 on the CHARISMA PINK SCROLL label, I am offering today this original first UK pressing of this classic solo album from ex Van Der Graaf Generator PETER HAMMILL titled "FOOLS MATE". and for anyone who may not have heard this, every track on it is superb. The vinyl visually shows some light scratches and scuffs but nothing that can be felt and it plays through with very good audio. A very enjoyable listen.
The album comes complete with E J DAY printed fragile textured gatefold sleeve and original generic white inner sleeve.
I have just played this album through for these listing purposes and I am pleased to say that it plays very well with absolutely no sticks or skips or nasty pops etc but there is some light crackle to be heard occasionally.
Not an easy LP to find these days.
The VINYL, The Vinyl visually shows some light scuffs and scratches but nothing deep. And audibly it plays through well, I would describe this as very good as it plays nicely with absolutely no nasty sticks or skips etc, overall a very enjoyable listen.
The SLEEVE, The fragile textured gatefold sleeve printed by E J Day is in very good condition, cleaner than most but it has a small name written on the front top right corner and on the inner gate otherwise clean with no stickers or splits etc.
The LABELS, The first issue Charisma labels showing quite a few spindle traces and there is a name written on the side one label. Needless to say they are free from unwanted stickers etc.
The INNER, The original generic white inner is clean and free from unwanted writing or stickers etc.
I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
