I am not a record collector, but I can describe this very well. The album still has its original plastic covering with a slight tear at the top. The album cover itself is in near mint condition with a little wear on the open side that I have pictured. The record sleeve is also in near mint condition with no rips, but a little discoloration across the top and some slight bending over at the top which I also pictured.
The record itself looks to be in very good condition with some "scuffs", but no deep scratche don't think.
It will be carefully packed in album shipping box/cover.
