       Quality bubble lined packaging... unless mulitples which we take great care and send in strong<P>
       boxes. none of that drop shipper or Amazon junky packaging...<P>
COMMUNICATION: <P>
       We do try to get with everyone in 24 hours. Please limit (meaning status questions.) It is incredibly <P>
       rare a package doesn't arrive.<P>
DELIVERY TIME: <P>
       A sensative subject that sadly most buyers on ebay are not realistic. Most items we try to get in the<P>
       mail in 1-5 days. If east of the Mississippi most will arrive in 3-10 days. If west of the Mississippi it   <P>
       usually 10-20 days. Foreign can be from 15-30. There IS a problem with Canada, Spain, France Italy...<P>
       were delivery due to customs may add another 10-20-30 days. We do not wish to exclude those <P>
       countries as many sellers are doing now. Speaking of Amazon... who sets the standards basically -<P>
       they state normal delivery in USA is 2-4-6 weeks. Foriegn 2-4-6-8 weeks <P>
FEEDBACK:<P>
       Again sensitive. We leave feedback for all sellers that leave it for us. Takes time. Ebay considers all<P>
       feedback, refunds, claims, negatives neutrals... EQUALLY against both parties. They expect you to <P>
       be civilized (unrealistically fair minded) Not vent or whine  judge or victimize. Most sellers work very <P>
       hard - for very little - especially those selling media or items under ten dollars.<P>
DSRs<P>
       Again a controversial subject. Please leave all 5's for all sellers unless they do something really realy<P>
       wrong. If you think you are being fair minded by taking into account that nothing is perfect... like the<P>
       judges at the Olympics who see a perfect dive but give lower marks. Remember anything less than 5 <P>
       damages all.

      Description: we are very accurate with desciption. As if you were holding the item in your hand. No <P>
      vague "it plays" "smoke free home" "looks good to me" so being of the rare breed of sellers - we do<P>
      describe. So this should be a 5.<P>
      Packaging: all items are packaged very well or carefully. In above standard matreials - especially <P>
      records. Which are double packaged. In custome made boxes made of stronger materials than normal <P>
      plus inserts which are higher grade. All packages are sealed to help product from possible moisture<P>
      damage. So again this should rate a 5.<P>
      Communication: you recieve a notice from Ebay on behalf of sellers... whether you won. Then you<P>
      usually recieve one from the seller. Then you recieve one from Paypal that you paid. Then you recieve <P>
      one that your order has shipped. Then you recieve one about feedback. O.k. so all sellers shoulf rank<P>
      a 5<P>
      Delivery: that my friends is so very relative. I personally don't care... when it gets there it gets there. I <P>
      have a life and thinking about such is silly. You find some rare thing on ebay that you have wanted <P>
      decades... then you complain about a few days or weeks. Basically all sellers are honest and let you <P>
      know how long it  will be... but you still complain... even though ebay, amazon, yahoo, paypal and <P>
      more ask you not to. So if your item arrives in 30 days that deserves a 5 - period<P>
      Shipping costs: this is a stupid issue. A - ebay dictates how much media sellers charge - so we all <P>
      should get a 5. B - it is usually sent at a lost. C - almost all foreign costs are not covered and a lost<P
      again this should be a 5 for all media sellers. I buy from a guy that starts out at $8 for the first cd or<P>
      record... I want it - I pay...no complaints. I buy from someone who clearly state order will not arrive<P>
      for at least four months... Do I complain - no. THEY WERE HONEST as most sellers are. so why    <P>
      damage them for being honest.
