Description

This album is by jazz saxophonist Phil Woods and trumpet player Donald Byrd. Entitled "The Young Bloods",it was released in 1957 on Prestige records 7080. They are joined by Teddy Kotick,Charlie Persip and Al Haig. Vinyl is on the 50th St.NYC yellow and black label and has RVG etched in the inner dead wax. It grades at a strong vg with a decent gloss and light fuzz spots and a couple of light surface marks. I have played a few tracks on each side and they hold up very well with nice fidelity and no clicks. Cover is G++ wit some wear and a couple of small tears on the front,some wear and soiling on the back and has a two inch split on the top border.
