- Double-sided "deep groove"
- "RVG" stamp in dead wax
- Promotional album

Cover VG+ has 1.5" flaking on bottom of spine no splits has ' not for sale' stamped on back cover.

Vinyl EX Matrix numbers:
Side A PRLP -7115-A
Side B PRLP-7115-B
next to the 'RVG' stamp aprox 1/2" away is a letter A stamped sideways.
