This auction is for an extremely rare private Canadian pressing of Philip Lewin's "Am I Really Here All Alone?" This is a holy grail psych folk record highly sought after among collectors! Rarely seen up for auction, now is your chance to own this high valued collectible! ONLY 300 were pressed ever! Our copy as a "3" written in the lower right corner of the back of the jacket but we can neither confirm nor deny that this correlates to the specific hand-numbered number of this record. The other copy that was recently auctioned had a number written in different ink next to Lewin's signature as well as next to "/300", and our copy is not like that at all. The info about the "3" has been added for sake of completeness (we are NOT selling it claiming it to be the 3rd copy numbered of the extremely rare record...but for all we know, it may very well correlate to that). Vinyl is in VG condition with some signs of use and wear. Center labels are very clean. They look nice! Jacket has some wear and is rated at VG- mostly as a result of the top seam split which is photographed. The original paper sleeve is included in the auction but the record will be shipped in the poly lined paper sleeve the record has been stored in since it came into our possession.

• M  Mint - Perfect in all ways.
• M- Mint Minus - Near perfect, most likely and unplayed record
• VG+  Very Good Plus - Very close to like new with only superficial signs of use that do not affect playability. Only records stored and used with care will grade out to VG+.
• VG Very Good - A used, reasonable copy that plays. There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility of some light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still nice and playable.
• VG- Very Good Minus - A record with significant wear and marks. Records graded VG-usually have some noticeable surface noise.
