This very scarce sampler is a veritable who's who of progressive rock and is virtually impossible to track down in this condition. Apart from featuring 19 tracks featuring the likes of QUARTERMASS, SYD BARRETT, FOREST etc this album is especially sought after as it features the previously unreleased PINK FLOYD track EMBRYO.

This is a nice clean copy. The sleeve is laminated front and rear and is in Nr EXCELLENT condition with just a few minor creases and the spine is strong and fully legible. The vinyl itself has been barely played and retains a pleasing sheen with very little in the way of surface noise especially on the Pink Floyd track which is superb. The labels without the EMI logo - indicating 1st pressing - are in great nick ( see pictures ) and have no writing or annotations of any kind and only the faintest of spindle marks - barely noticible.

This double album was never particularly common and is now a real collectors item. Rightly so, as it contains some particularly fine music. Don't miss this, you'll be hard pressed to find a better copy.
