This record is autographed / signed on the cover by Pierce.  It has small note that reads "To Susan, thank you for listening love Pierce Pettis"  Listening is underlined.... There is no certificate of authenticity, but i find it hard to believe someone would forge a note like this Vinyl is freshly Cleaned in my record washer to remove fingerprints and dust. It plays quietly with virtually no surface noise.  Really nice fidelity and No warp, skips, or noisy parts.  
Original Jacket is solid with no rips or damage.  Edges are good, showing minimal wear.
