We ship normaly under 48 business hours.. For Canada, please expect 2 to 10 business days for delivery and 10 to 20 business days for USA

As used / open box / returned items, we cannot give any warranties but we give the best efforts to test and verify all items thoroughly before shipping.
Unfortunately, sometimes damage, error or undetected problem beyond our control occurs . So if in a delay of 5 days you detect a problem or error with your purchase, we will be glad to exchange or refund the item on these conditions.
- Must be declared under 5 days
- Must be returned the SAME item (Same serial number), in the SAME condition, in the same packaging if applicable
- Must be returned at YOUR expenses , unfortunately, we cannot pay and we will not refund for the shipping fees that you paid for sending back
- No negative / neutral feedback has been left already.
- SOLD AS IS items are not covered by return policy
We will send another equivalent item if available at our own expenses, if not we will reverse the paypal transaction once item has been received back only.
