Description
Classic. All three 45 rpm 12" records are in perfect condition (superclean). Complete with red-colored A5 inlay/insert (with the tracklisting), all the white dividers for the records and with "Metal 1" sticker stuck to the back of the metal box. There is NO rust on the box and it is in EXCELLENT condition. A superb and groundbreaking release..... which cost the band £35,000, of their advance from Virgin Records, to get it released. Though another idea the band had was to issue the album in a rough sandpaper sleeve to make a mess of all the rest of your record sleeves, which would have been a lot cheaper and just as memorable (even if for all the wrong reasons, heh heh). The smashers you can listen to on this superb release are: Albatross//Memories/Swan Lake [Death Disco]//Poptones/Careering//No Birds [No Birds Do Sing]/Graveyard [`Another' instrumental]//The Suit/Bad Baby//Socialist/Chant/Radio 4.
