Released in 1971 and from my late father's collection I am offering today this Rare 1ST PRESSING Psyche album by THE PINK FAIRIES titled 'NEVERNEVERLAND'.
Most copies of this album you will see are later pressings with just a single sleeve. This is the much rarer first pressing complete with fairies inner fold out cover and plastic outer.
This is a 1971 UK 1st pressing on the 1st Press Red Polydor label.THIS LP DID NOT SELL IN HUGE QUANTITY WHEN IT WAS RELEASED MAKING THIS RARE AND VERY HARD TO FIND. NO OTHERS FOR ON EBAY WHEN THIS IS BEING LISTED. This LP is in VERY GOOD playing condition.
The fold out sleeve is clean and is a respectable example as can be seen in my pictures. The plastic outer has some splitting but displays well. The fairies inner is showing some staining and has had a side split repaired.
THIS IS THE 1971 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS RED POLYDOR LABEL, AND 1ST PRESS NOVELTY SLEEVE THIS LP IS VERY RARE AND HARD TO FIND SO DON'T MISS OUT ON THE CHANCE TO BUY THIS GREAT ALBUM. A GREAT ALBUM FOR ANY SERIOUS PSYCHE COLLECTORS.
Tracks on this album are DO IT - HEAVENLY MAN - SAY YOU LOVE ME - WARGIRL - NEVER NEVERLAND - TRACK ONE SIDE TWO - THOR -TEENAGE REBEL - UNCLE HARRY'S LAST FREAK OUT - THE DREAM IS JUST BEGINNING.
The VINYL, The Vinyl visually and audibly is in very good condition, The vinyl is displaying light scuffs etc but I have just played it through and it plays well with some light surface to be heard during the quiet areas but absolutely no loud pops or sticks & skips .
The SLEEVE, The Fold out sleeve is very good, It is showing light creasing but still a respectable example with no stickers or unwanted writing etc.
The PLASTIC OUTER, Has a two inch split at the bottom otherwise a nice example
The LABELS, The Red Polydor labels are very clean, free from unwanted writing or stickers etc.
The INNER, The Original fairies inner has had one side repaired neatly and is showing some staining to the back.
I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc.
