This is the original UK LP by PINK FLOYD, ATOM HEART MOTHER, 1970 Stereo 1st Press on the HARVEST label SHVL 781
Matrix numbers are, Side 1:- SHVL 781 A -1G, Side 2:- SHVL 781 B - 1G Stamper codes are, Side 1:- 1 / GD, Side 2:- 2 / H
The original 1970 UK 1st issue gatefold cover is in VG+ condition. The cover maintains all it's original bright vibrant colour. Note that only 1st issue covers have such bright bold colour, re-issue covers are lighter in colour. The solid wide spine is lovely and clean and perfectly readable. Their are no seam splits and only two letters written, on the back, top right hand corner, no other unwanted writing. The cover does have some wear to the seams and corners, but remains solid
The vinyl - Side 1:- is in VG+ condition, Side 2 is in EX+++ condition. Side 1 plays superbly, but for a few clicks to be heard in the run-in area and once again midway through the first track, no jumps, no sticking, plays through perfectly, other than these very minor distractions the vinyl plays superbly. Side 2 plays EX+++. The vinyl gleams with all it's original 'Just Pressed glossy shine and lustre!.
The vinyl plays with stunning crisp clear clarity *, amazing clean crisp WARM sound!!!! *. The quality of this 1970 UK Stereo RARE 1st Pressing is TOP TOP QUALITY!, playing with stunning rich tones, warmth and depth!! . Amazing!, their are some very quiet sections on some tracks and they play quietly, hearing all the sound effects and the band talking. The horn sections on some tracks are simply beautiful to listen too!!!, sounding so warm!!!!!
The label's are in EX+++ condition, lovely and clean, maintaining all their original bright fresh colour. Their is no unwanted writing, the centre spindle hole shows little or no wear
The vinyl is housed in its original 1970 UK 1st issue harvest polythene lined inner sleeve and is in EX+ condition, clean, no seam splits, no unwanted writing
