Description

PINK FLOYD - THE DARK SIDE OF THE MOON - FIRST PRESSING - HARVEST SHVL 804 COVER:   Matt printed gatefold with some wear on matt finish, corners and edges, good open edges, clean INNER SLEEVE;  Original black paper and polythene bag configuration with one side edge split open down fold-over edge. INSERTS:  2 posters and 2 stickers RECORD - VISUAL:   There are some superficial surface marks, mostly scuff marks but none that can be detected by touch. Clean labels and bright vinyl. MATRIX NUMBERS:   SHLV 804 A-2 and SHLV 804 B-2 RECORD - SOUND:   The sound output is crisp and clear, quiet on run-in, run-out and between tracks, there is an absence of surface noise except for five light clicks at the end of "On The Run" (S1Tr3). All tracks have been checked and played in full and at suitably loud volume using a Citronic Pro PD-1s MK2 direct drive turntable, QSC GX3 power amplifier and Sonus Faber speakers.
