Cover : VG+ Light wear, creases and stains. Small tear on top edge (see pic 4). Creases on OBI.

I NO LONGER USE "EX" GRADE.
Grading is basically by visual inspection, but being a long-time record collector, I've gotten pretty good at it.
I will mention honestly if I play graded, which I do if it seems necessary.
