Welcome to the part sale of my own record collection. As many record collectors may already know I used to run a vinyl shop on here for many years and over that period put aside some gems for my own collection. It has come that time to break down some of it, so coming in the next month or so...Lots of rock, Pink Floyd, Who, Queen, Kinks Etc, many rare and fine collectables. I will try to add daily or every other day until they are gone,
This is an auction for a LP by Pink Floyd, Atom Heart Mother.
Released on Harvest records and has catalogue number SHVL781. This is a repress of the original with a boxed 'EMI' logo seen above the 'Harvest' on label. Matrix..SHVL 781 A-6..SHVL 781 B-6.
Condition: You will be hard pressed to find this is any better condition. The gatefold has not been removed from the wrap which is opened along the mouth. the sleeve has one fault only, on the rear mouth edge a very small tear can be seen running in from this edge, it is very small and very discreet, please check the pictures. Otherwise I can not fault this, it has never been opened, due to the wrap, hence it is otherwise immacualte and in collectors condition. Near Mint.
This comes with its original 'patent' inner sleeve which is as new.
Both labels look brand new, this has seen a deck once or twice as a couple of tiny spindle trails can be seen under the closest of examinations. the centre-hole is perfect, no finger or dirt marks, crisp new looking labels.
The vinyl does not let this down. Retaining its brand new shine and looking immacualte. Under a bright light I can find two tiny scratches on this, being fussy but accurate, playing with evry little, if any, lessening in sound quality and graded at Near Mint.
