Hello. I’m offering some super LPs for sale over the next few weeks; please check my other items for some truly exceptional items being offered this week. Please read the bunf after the description for terms, postage costs etc.
PINK FLOYD DARK SIDE OF THE MOON LP
ORIGINAL UK PRESS WITH SOLID BLUE TRIANGLE LABEL, BLACK POLYLINED INNER AND DARK BLUE SLEEVE.
This is, quite simply, the cleanest copy of this LP you ever likely to see. Given its nature I will take the time to describe it in full detail. Please read carefully!
Firstly, the vinyl; it looks as new. I’ve looked at under a very strong light and in natural light and I cannot see a single mark. It still shines like a newly-pressed LP and even ‘clings’ to the sleeve with static. Short of finding one that is completely unplayed you will not get better than this. Very, very NEAR MINT.
Secondly the sleeve; the sleeves on these always get swapped and have the later black sleeve. The first press sleeves should be dark blue(although it is hard to tell unless you see the first and second sleeves side by side). I have a second press sleeve as well and this one is clearly blue. What is perhaps even more remarkable than the vinyl condition is that the sleeve is NEAR MINT. These dark-coloured unlaminated sleeves require only the smallest amount of contact to display wear. This one is’nt at all faded or scuffed. It’s the best sleeve I’ve seen on any pressing. The opening edges are perfect, sharp and unfeathered. Look at the pictures!
Comes with the original black poly-lined sleeve which has no tears.
It has BOTH posters and BOTH stickers which have never been peeled or wall-mounted. They are in NM condition.
You will not see a better copy of this LP come up for sale.
I am very confident of the accuracy of my gradings, and will offer a full refund to those who do not agree! Most of my 100% positive selling feedback is from vinyl sales (although I have been inactive for a while). So please bid in confidence.
I DO NOT describe records with a VG rating as being STUNNING or AMAZING or indulge in any of the other sales hype which unfortunately prevails amongst record dealers on eBay. My records 100% genuine and have not been treated in any way to enhance their appearance.
Any items selling for over £50 MUST be sent by registered delivery, for mutual protection. Insurance is optional, but recommended. My postage charges are as follows (UK/EUROPE/REST OF WORLD) £3.00/£5.00/£7.00. These costs do NOT include insurance, which will be charged at cost. Items will be packed as I would expect to receive them. You can be confident that my LPs WILL NOT get damaged in the post, I know from bitter experience how infuriating it is to receive an LP with a damaged sleeve simply because the vendor could not be bothered to use adequate packaging.
