Perfect condition - looks as if a needle has never touched the grooves.  Inner sleeves are folded, but intact, not torn.  Has been in protective plastic sleeve since purchase.
FOR PEOPLE WITH SENSITIVE NOSES:  If you are one of those people who are put off by the smell of 40 year old smoke, this may not be for you.  I do not know if the previous owner smoked - or what he smoked - but I'm not going to sit here and sniff old vinyl to find out!  So, if you are a smoker sensitive individual, thanks for reading this warning - have a good day and a good life.
