It has been very carefully played literally 3 or 4 times and has recently been cleaned on my Moth RCM Pro record cleaning machine and put into a Nagaoka inner sleve, as such I am happy to grade it as Near Mint. The Sleeve shows very light signs of wear and tear and I would grade this as excellent, it has always been stored in a protective outer sleeve.
