States FACTORY SAMPLE, NOT FOR SALE.

I am not a record collector so I can't grade the record, but I would say it is scratch free on both sides. I cannot see any damage, no spindle marks around centre hole in fact to me it looks unplayed and as if it is new. 

The sleeve is an Columbia paper sleeve with Columbia records trademark on it (looks like the original sleeve) which has a small tear by the circle cutout otherwise in excellent condition.

I have not got a record player so cannot confirm what the record sounds like.

This record belonged the my wife's uncle, he used to work for the BBC in the 60s so we assumed he started his collection then but my wife can not ever remember him playing them.
